FDM offer a complete annual and daily billing and benefit notification print and mailing solution. This includes data processing, a fully transparent stock management service, in-house printing facilities and enclosing/mailing.


All you need to do is send us daily or weekly data files from your Revenues and Benefit systems and we process the data, personalise the bills or notification letters, then send them out on a daily or weekly basis. As part of the service we will manage stock levels of all the bills, notifications, letterheads and inserts. We could tailor a service to meet the needs for your recovery mailings. We can use selective formatting and colours to ensure recovery documents have impact.


With high-speed enclosing machines and in-house printing facilities, we can turn around your mailings in a matter of hours or days - whether they be large or small.

FDM has extensive expertise in all commercial software products including Academy, Northgate and Civica. We have developed programs which enable us to combine HB letters, CTB letters and Bills within the same envelope set. This includes output from PDF whilst still being able to walksort your data to obtain maximum postage discounts, all of which will save you money.
